| 近年来，印尼政府对清洁能源发展十分重视，希望通过发展清洁能源满足国内能源需求、减少温室气体排放。本文分析了印尼清洁能源发展基本背景，介绍了印尼清洁能源发展规划、政策及措施，重点解读了印尼能矿部颁布的2017年第12号规章精神，详细介绍了印尼核能、太阳能、地热、生物质能、潮汐能、水电、风能等清洁能源的发展进展，并就深化中国与印尼的清洁能源合作提出具体建议。 |

| Indonesian government has attached great importance to the development of clean energy during the past few years, in order to meet domestic energy demands and cut greenhouse gas emissions. In this paper, the background of Indonesian clean energy development is presented; the plans, policies and measures are introduced; the key points of regulation of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (No. 12/2017) are analyzed. Moreover, the developing progresses of Indonesian nuclear, solar, geothermal, biomass, tide, hydro and wind energy are studied, and proposals of bilateral cooperation between China and Indonesia are brought forward at the end of the paper. |
