| 目前一些发达国家（如挪威和荷兰）和发展中国家（如南非）建立了国家级的在研科研信息系统 （Current Research Information System, CRIS），它们在帮助政府和科研机构开展科研管理方面发挥了重要作用。本文简要介绍了挪威CRIStin及其对政府科研管理部门、科研活动实施主体和其他利益相关方的作用，分析了我国科研信息管理系统建设的现状，并提出了建立和完善我国国家科研信息管理系统的政策建议。 |

| At present, some developed countries (such as Norway and the Netherlands) and developing countries (such as South Africa) have established national-level Current Research Information Systems (CRIS), which has played an important role in helping governments and research institutions to conduct scientific research management. Based on brief introduction of the CRIStin (CRIS in Norway), this paper analyzes the functions of CRIS to the scientific research management departments of government, the implementation subjects of scientific research activities and other stakeholders, as well as the status quo of the construction of the scientific research information management system in China. Some policy recommendations are proposed on the establishment and improvement of national scientific research information management system of China. |
