      胜任力模型于20世纪90年代引入中国企业界.本文从中层管理者的自身特点出发,初步建立中层管理者胜任特征结构,并运用利克特五点量表测量评定各胜任力特征,对于成为优秀中层管理者的重要程度,借用因子分析法对胜任特征进行内在结构的分析,将模型简化为7个因子,共解释方差变异量的71.06%.本文还试图使用模糊综合评价法建立中层管理者胜任力的量化模型,对其进行定量的考核和评价,为企业更好地运用胜任力模型提供了相应的参考依据.

      In 1990s, competency model has been brought in the enterprise of China. This paper tries to set up an initial middle-level managers competency model. The checklist with 22 competency items can be developed through group interviews and questionnaire. Then we evaluate the importance of each competence of the checklist to be an outstanding and successful middle-level manager through questionnaire to 100 middle-level managers. And using Factor Analysis, the internal structure of the model was analyzed. The results showed that the competency model of middle-level managers can be summed up as 7 factors. These factors accounted for 71.06% of the total variance. Furthermore, this paper tries to construct a quantization model of middle-level managers. Following the analysis, the indistinct synthetic evaluation method is adopted to appraise the different middle-level managers. Research on competency is of significance in both theoretical and practical fields. The result provides a relative reference to well using competency model of corporations.
