| Singapore adopted timely policy adjustments and measures in 2009 to against global financial crisis and influenza (H1N1). This paper reveals these measures adopted for S&T investment, talents pool for S&T and enterprise promotion, high-tech protective equipment development and rapid detection equipment for H1N1 prevention. These policy and measures can be used for S&T development in China. |
