| 目前，中国已经进入了加快改造传统农业、实现中国特色农业现代化道路的关键时刻，大力发展现代农业是农业大省摆脱发展困境的根本出路。但农业发展方式的转变不是一件容易的事,在转变过程中会遇到诸多制约因素，只有深入分析这些制约因素，并针对这些问题提出切实可行的解决对策,农业发展方式的转变才能达到预期的效果。 |

| China to accelerate transformation of agricultural development mode, therefore, agricultural modernization is the fundamental way for solving the agricultural problems at such crucial moment. However, agricultural reform is not an easy task, China must take an indepth analysis of constraints, put forward solutions to settle problems and achieve desired results. |
