| 区域创新是构建国家创新系统的重要内容之一。研究日本区域创新的方法与经验，对我国进一步推动地方区域创新、建设创新型国家具有积极的借鉴意义。本文在回顾日本区域创新政策的历史进程的基础上，剖析近年来的产业集群、知识集群等创新集群计划及其相应的政策措施等，从中可获取对我国地方区域科技创新诸多有益的经验与启示。 |

| The method of regional innovation and experience in Japan is good reference for China to construct innovation-oriented country. This paper analyzes innovation clusters and related policies based on the history of regional innovation in Japan, including industrial clusters and knowledge clusters. |
