| The GrowthAccelerator programme provides personalized, professional counseling to SMEs, in order to improve all aspects of capacity and growth potential. The implementation of the scheme achieves good results. Formative evaluation of GrowthAccelerator shows that the average development speed of SMEs participate in the programme has increased 4 times. The paper analyzes the background and idea, evaluation process and funding approaches, and implementation of GrowthAccelerator programme, based on which some suggestions are proposed. |
