| 随着互联网金融的快速发展，网络融资已经成为中小企业创新项目融资的新渠道。众筹作为新兴的网络融资模式迅速发展，在推动“大众创业，万众创新”、加快新旧动能转换的进程中发挥了重要作用。本文调查了19个省市的千余家“四众”平台，分析了众筹的发展现状，指出了目前众筹存在的主要问题，提出了提升众筹在科技领域的作用的政策框架。 |

| With the rapid development of Internet finance, network financing has become a new financial channel of innovation projects for small and medium-size enterprises. Crowdfunding, as a new Internet funding mode, emerges and develops rapidly, and plays an important role in improving mass entrepreneurship and speeding up the shift to new growth drivers. This paper investigates thousands of platforms for mass entrepreneurship in 19 provinces and cities, and analyzes the current feature of crowdfunding, then points out the main problems of crowdfunding and gives some advices to promote the effect of crowdfunding in science and technology region. |
