| Based on the understanding of the international big science programs and large-scale scientific facilities, the paper investigates the establishment and operational mechanism of the existing international big science programs and large-scale scientific facilities, analyzes the problems existing in the implementation processes. It summarizes the experience and lessons of the international big science programs and large-scale scientific facilities, thus providing reference for Chinese government sectors concerned to push forward relevant work during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period. |
