| 2015年，中国和欧盟建立了中欧科研创新联合资助机制，通过多种合作模式在多个领域联合资助科研项目。本文定义了现有的联合资助模式，分析了各模式下管理机制的优势与不足，从机制的设计实施、主题选择、资助项目类型、资金支持和宣传推广几方面提出了下一步继续推进中欧科研创新联合资助机制实施的政策建议。 |

| In 2015, China and the European Union established the STI (Science, Technology and Innovation) co-funding mechanism, and jointly funded and STI research projects in various fields through different co-funding models. This paper defines the existing co-funding models, analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and management features of these models. It also puts forward suggestions on implementation of China-EU STI co-funding mechanism in the following aspects: design and implementation of the management procedure, selection of co-funding topics, types of projects, distribution of funds, and publicity and promotion. |
