| 科技成果资本化有助于科技成果的活化和增值，是发挥科技对社会经济支撑作用的有效手段，也是落实创新驱动发展战略的重要路径。面向北京市建设全国科技创新中心的发展需求，本文梳理科技成果资本化的概念含义和政策背景，阐述分析北京市推进科技成果资本化的当前成效和存在问题，从战略、市场、政策、服务、创新生态5方面提出全面提升北京市科技成果资本化水平的对策建议。 |

| The capitalization of scientific and technological (S&T) achievements, which can help to promote the activation and value-adding of S&T achievements, is an important means to enhance the contribution of science and technology to social and economic development, and is also an effective way to implement the innovation-driven development strategy. In order to support Beijing’s construction of a national science and technology innovation center, this paper sorts out the concept and policy background of capitalization of S&T achievements, expounds and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of promoting the capitalization of S&T achievements in Beijing, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to comprehensively improve the capitalization level of Beijing’s S&T achievements from the perspective of strategy, market, policy, service, and innovation ecology. |
