| 有观点认为，数字货币的发行将成为全球金融体系自脱钩金本位以来的最大变革，彻底改变传统的货币体系，深刻影响全球竞争格局。本文以数字货币背后的技术逻辑为起点，探讨了数字货币对金融生态体系的影响，对全球最新情况进行了跟踪。研究认为，中国数字货币的发展已经具备良好基础，应紧紧抓住竞争的战略机遇期，厘清货币主导权、技术主导权、数字主导权、贸易主导权四个全球竞争的焦点问题，系统化推进战略部署。 |

| Some people believe that the issuance of digital currency will become the biggest change in the global financial system since decoupling from the gold standard, and completely change the traditional monetary system and deeply affect the global competition pattern. Starting from the technical logic behind digital currency, this paper discusses the impact of digital currency on the financial system and tracks the latest global progress. The research shows that the development of China’s digital currency has a good foundation. China should firmly grasp the strategic opportunity period of competition, clarify the four focus issues of global competition: currency dominance, technology dominance, digital dominance and trade dominance, and systematically promote the strategic deployment. |
