| 2022年是中德建交 50周年，也是中德政府间科技合作协定签订 44周年。为客观呈现中国与德国的科研合作现状，本文以 WoS数据库收录的 SCI论文为基础，分析了1990至 2021年间中国与德国合作发表的科研论文，深入研究了中德科研合作的规模、领域、机构和影响力，以及中国主要地区对德科研合作的规模、学科、主要合作机构等，为指导新时期对德开展差异化合作提供证据信息，也为促进中德两国科技创新合作关系高质量发展提供支撑。 |

| The year 2022 marks the 50th anniversary of China-Germany diplomatic relations, as well as the 44th anniversary of establishing of the Sino-German science and technology cooperation mechanism. This paper analyzes the Sino-German co-published SCI papers collected from the Web of Science (WoS) database
between the year 1990 to 2021, to illustrate the Sino-German scientific research cooperation from a bibliometrics perspective. In-depth study was done on the scale, fields, institutions and influence of co-published papers between
the two countries, as well as Chinese provinces that are most active in Sino-German science and technology cooperation, with their cooperation scope, disciplines and main institutions. This paper aims to provide evidence
for directing a diversified cooperation, and promote a highly innovative relationship between China and Germany
in the new era. |
