| 研究和建设适合乡村特点的低碳能源系统在实现乡村振兴进程中发挥着重要作用。近年来，面对农村地区人口减少、交通和能源基础设施相对薄弱等挑战，欧盟主动调整政策导向，不断完善其绿色转型战略布局，大力支持乡村低碳技术研发，从绿色供能、多元储能、科技节能、高效用能等方面加速乡村低碳能源系统建设发展，取得了较好的效果。有关经验和做法对我国完善相关领域研发布局、探索科技支撑乡村绿色低碳发展具有借鉴意义。 |

| The development and construction of low-carbon energy systems suitable for rural characteristics plays an important role in the process of rural revitalization. In recent years, in response to problems such as population decline, and weak transportation and energy infrastructure in rural areas, the EU has actively adjusted its policy-orientation, continuously improved its green transformation strategy, and vigorously supported low-carbon rural development. The EU has also strengthened technological innovation and accelerated the development of rural low-carbon energy systems in terms of green energy supply, diversified energy storage, effective energy conservation and efficient energy use. These measures have achieved good results. The relevant experience and practices can provide reference for China to improve the scientific and technological innovation in related area and explore the new paths for green and low-carbon development of rural areas. |
