| 跟踪国际科技竞争的最新态势，借助国际技术权力概念分析其驱动因素，并通过全球社会技术系统揭示技术权力在大国竞争中发挥作用的机制，结果指出，国际科技竞争既是为了争夺技术权力，也是实现技术权力的过程。同时，探讨了技术权利视域下国际科技竞争研究的路径及其潜在政策意义，以期为构建国际科技竞争的理论分析框架提供一种新视角。 |

| This paper follows the newest trend of international competition on science and technology and analyzes its driving force with the help of the concept of international technological power. It explores the mechanism in which global social-technical system facilitates international competition by technological power, and proves that competition is for power, as well as the process to achieve power. It also discusses the path ways toward further research on technological power, and its policy implication, in an effort to help set up a theoretical framework for international competition on science and technology. |
