| 在“一带一路”倡议中，科技创新合作在促进创新要素融通、加速科技和产业融合、推动知识和技能融汇上发挥了重要作用。一直以来，欧盟和欧洲国家对“一带一路”倡议心态复杂，各方争论不断。新一届欧盟委员会基于对华“三重定位”认知，面向“一带一路”重点区域和国别推出了一系列应对举措和行动。对此，应高度关注、客观分析，积极寻求合作共赢之道。 |

| Under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, science, technology and innovation cooperation plays an important role in promoting the integration of innovation elements, accelerating the integration of technology and industry, and promoting the integration of knowledge and skills. Discussions on this initiative have continued in the E.U. and European countries since it was proposed. Based on the perception of the E.U.’s “triple positioning” for China, the new European Commission has launched a series of countermeasures and actions for the key regions and countries along the “One Belt and Road”. In this regard, China should pay close attention to them, objectively analyze these measures, and actively seek the way of win-win cooperation. |
