创新链条、完善区域科技创新体系布局、主动融入全球创新网络、提升绿色创新能力等一系列针对性政
策建议，旨在为中国进一步强化创新能力，加速迈向创新型国家前列提供参考。 |

| The Global Innovation Index published by World Intellectual Property is one of the major
international reports to evaluate innovation capabilities, which has a wide influence and recognition. This paper
provides an in-depth analysis of the main conclusions of the 2024 Global Innovation Index report, assessing
China’s innovation advantages and challenges. Based on this, a series of targeted policy suggestions are put
forward, such as increasing investment in innovation fields, building a collaborative innovation chain for Industry-University-Research, improving the layout of regional scientific and technological innovation systems, actively
integrating into global innovation networks, and enhancing green innovation capabilities, so as to provide
reference for China to further strengthen its innovation capabilities and accelerate its progress to the forefront of
innovative countries. |
