产品数字护照(Digital Product Passports, DPP)是欧盟追求循环经济转型的重要工具,依托
数据标准化、产品可追溯性和动态信息更新,实现产品全生命周期透明化管理,优化资源配置,促进经
济与环境协调发展。在电子产品、纺织品、建筑等行业,DPP 可以提升供应链透明度,为可持续发展
提供实践范式。欧盟经验为中国 DPP 体系建设提供了重要借鉴,中国可通过顶层设计、技术创新、消
费引导、国际协同,优先在高污染行业试点,逐步构建跨行业闭环管理模式。因地制宜地推进本土化
DPP 实施,不仅能够增强资源循环利用和产业竞争力,还将为全球低碳经济转型贡献“中国方案” |

Digital Product Passports (DPP) is an important tool for the E.U. to pursue circular economy
transformation. Relying on data standardization, product traceability and dynamic information update, it can
achieve transparent management of the entire product life cycle, optimize resource allocation, and promote
the coordinated development of economy and environment. In industries such as electronics, textiles, and
construction, DPP can improve supply chain transparency and provide a practical paradigm for sustainable
development. The E.U. experience provides an important reference for the construction of China’s DPP system.
China can give priority to pilot projects in high-pollution industries through top-level design, technological
innovation, consumer guidance, and international collaboration, and gradually build a cross-industry closed-loop
management model. Promoting the implementation of localized DPP in accordance with local conditions will not
only enhance resource recycling and industrial competitiveness, but also contribute to the “Chinese solution” for
the global low-carbon economic transformation. |
