| 中国正持续加大青年科技人才的培养力度，大学则是培养青年科技人才的重要阵地。聚焦
大学的创新创业环境，分析其对青年科技人才培养的重要作用。以美国 PitchBook 平台发布的《2024
年全球大学创始人排名》榜单为基础进行分析，结果表明，在校生创业百强榜单中，美国大学均位于
前列，中国仅两所大学进入榜单。因此，通过文献调研、专家访谈等方式，以榜单中排名前列的麻省
理工学院、哈佛大学作为研究对象，以创业课程、创新网络、概念验证和成果转化为人才培育链条，
多维度分析中美一流大学的创新创业举措，分析中国大学现阶段存在的问题，期望为中国教育科技
人才制度改革，以及创新人才培养提供借鉴。 |

| China is stepping up efforts to cultivate young scientific and technological talents, with universities
serving as strategic hubs in the national initiative. This paper focuses on the innovation and entrepreneurship
ecosystems in universities, analyzing their critical role in nurturing emerging tech talents. Taking the 2024
Global University Founder Rankings by PitchBook as a benchmark, the study reveals American universities
dominate the Top 100 list, while only two Chinese universities are included. Therefore, the study conducts a
comparative case study of MIT and Harvard through literature analysis and expert interviews, mapping the talent
development pipeline through entrepreneurship curricula, innovation networks, proof-of-concept mechanisms,
and commercialization pathways. By systematically contrasting these ecosystems with Chinese counterparts,
analyzing the issues within Chinese universities at the current stage, the findings aim to inform policy reforms
for China’s scientific talent development framework and provide actionable strategies for optimizing innovation-driven education models. |
