Denmark has achieved remarkable success in the field of wind power technology through its
sophisticated triple-helix cooperation involving government, academia and industry. This paper analyzes a series of
effective measures in the aspects of governmental policy, research and innovation system and the market cultivation,
which includes how it facilitates industry participation in policy making, public-private cooperation in R&D and
industrial investment, supports key technologies development through national research program, utilizes research
platforms to accelerate the establishment of innovation hub, promotes the sustainable development of the wind power
industry through diversified market mechanisms and etc. These insights provide valuable references for China in
optimizing its science, technology and innovation resources allocation and efficiency, and mobilizing stakeholders
form governments, academies and industries to better promote the development of the new quality productivity. |
