      基于欧洲专利局全 球专利统计数据库(EPO Worldwide Patent Statistical Database, PATSTAT),构建“技术—产业—主体”三维分析框架,系统剖析了全球生态环境技术的发展态势、 研究热点与创新格局。通过多维度指标分析发现,在技术维度上,生物监测、光氧化及微生物治理技 术是当前的研发热点;而核能、生物酶处理等技术则展现出较高的商业价值与学术影响力。在产业维 度上,技术高度集中于环境保护专用设备制造与环境监测专用仪器仪表制造等领域。在主体维度上, 创新主体呈现高校主导基础研究、企业驱动技术产业化的二元协同结构。研究结果为中国在“双碳” 目标下的科技政策制定、产业布局优化及产学研协同提供了实证依据与决策参考。
英文摘要:
      Based on the PATSTAT global patent database, this study constructs a “technology-industry-entity” three-dimensional analytical framework to systematically investigate the development dynamics, research hotspots, and innovation landscape of global ecological environment technologies. The multi-dimensional analysis reveals that biological monitoring, photo-oxidation, and microbial remediation technologies are current R&D hotspots, while technologies such as nuclear energy and bioenzyme treatment demonstrate the highest commercial value and academic influence. From an industrial perspective, patents are highly concentrated in sectors like environmental protection equipment manufacturing and environmental monitoring instrument manufacturing. The innovation ecosystem is characterized by a dual structure, with universities leading fundamental research and enterprises driving technology industrialization. The findings provide empirical evidence and decision-making support for formulating science and technology policies, optimizing industrial layout, and fostering industry-university-research collaboration under China’s “dual carbon” goals
