| 6G 是美国前沿科技创新的重点布局领域。根据地缘技术的大国竞争分析框架，对美国 6G
联盟实施策略展开分析。一方面，美国加强与盟友技术合作，重点攻关 6G 领域的关键技术，抢夺技
术制高点和强化技术安全。另一方面，美国组建排他性的 6G 联盟，加强与日韩、欧洲盟友的技术合
作，并将其与既有地区的合作机制融合，提前在 6G 全产业链完成布局。在此背景下，美国 6G 联盟在
芯片制造、网络框架和通信基础设施等领域与中国进行竞争。中国应坚持“以我为主”，聚焦打通核心
技术链条，反制美国科技打压，同时保持与美国及全球的科研交流合作。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The sixth generation telecommunication (6G) is the key field for cutting-edge technological innovation
in the United States. Based on the analysis framework of great power competition in geopolitical technology, the
paper conducts an analysis of the implementation strategy of the United States 6G alliance. The United States
jointly establishes the 6G Alliance. The United States 6G Alliance focuses on key priorities technology to seize
technological value and strengthen technological security. At the same time, the United States establishes and leads
exclusive alliance. While, it attaches great importance to technical cooperation with Japan, South Korea and Europe,
which embedding it into existing regional cooperation mechanisms. 6G alliance is carrying out of the entire industry
chain in advance. Under the background, the United States 6G alliance tries to imposed the impact on the operation
of Chinese leading enterprises. In conclusion, the paper suggests that China can focus on connecting core technology
chain by own innovation pace. While countering unreasonable technological suppression, it can maintain normal
scientific research cooperation with the United States and the world. |
