| 科技创新已成为全球竞争的核心驱动力，世界主要国家高度关注创新资源的区域布局，不断制
定完善促进区域科技创新的政策举措，通过空间创新资源的优化配置，加速优化区域创新生态，形成
具有全球竞争力的区域创新高地。对美国、欧盟、英国、法国、韩国、日本、以色列等世界主要国家或地
区展开分析，总结了近年来各国推进区域科技创新的政策工具和主要做法，提出完善中国区域创新体
系的有关建议，为推动中国区域创新发展提供有价值的参考。 |

| Technological innovation has become the core driving force of global competition. Major countries
in the world attach great importance to the regional layout of innovation resources, constantly formulate and
improve policy initiatives to promote regional scientific and technological innovation, accelerate the optimization
of regional innovation ecology through the optimal allocation of spatial innovation resources, and build globally
competitive regional innovation hubs. This article analyzes major countries or regions, including the United
States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, France, South Korea, Japan, and Israel. It summarizes the policy
tools and main practices adopted by these countries in recent years to promote regional innovation. Furthermore,
it proposes relevant suggestions for improving China’s regional innovation system, providing valuable references
for promoting regional innovation and development in China. |
