| With the rapid development of computer sicience, Electronic Commerce arising at the historic moment, more and more countries look the Electronic Commerce as a new international trade instrument and expand the applying range, the paper introduces the concept of Electronic Commerce , the current situation of applying, and the problem having occured further. After that,we describe the macro-economical policy of the government in the times of Electronic Commerce. |
