| American's Venture Capital business has gone up and down for 60 years, which has provided strong momentum to the development of the US economy. The Venture Capital business is now facing new opotunities brought about by biotechnology and renewable energy technology. This article tries to review the Venture Capital activities in the US, analyze its status and cases, explore the Venture Capital companies'operating procedures, and submit some thoughts and recommendations, for review and reference, on developing China's Venture Capital business. |
