| According to White Paper on Food Safety enacted by European Union in 2000 and Regulation(EC)No.882/2004 of European Parliament and of the Council on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules implemented since the beginning of 2006, the Kingdom of Belgium legislated and modified the systems and measures concerning all kinds of the food and food chain. This article presents some analysis and gives some suggestions. |
