| 我国目前社会结构形态呈现为不稳定的“金字塔”型，要改变这种状况，构建一个稳定的“橄榄型”社会结构，应努力扩大中等收入阶层的比重。邻国印度，通过加大改革力度，减轻个人税负，发展高新技术产业和教育，在短短10年内形成了2亿人左右的中等收入阶层。借鉴印度经验，对我国扩大中等收入阶层具有重要意义。 |

| China’s current social structure of the present instability can be regarded as“pyramid” type. To build a stable, “olive” social structure, we should make efforts to expand the proportion of middle-income class. In a short span of 10 years, India, through increasing the intensity of reform, reducing the individual tax burden, and enhancing the development of high-tech industry and education, had formed about 200 million middle-income class. Indian’s experience is of great significance to China's expanding middle-income class . |
