| 欧洲机器人技术具有广泛的工业研究基础。21世纪欧洲机器人技术更加着眼于现代生活的方方面面，涵盖外科设备、太空探索以及到世界各个角落执行危险任务。先进的机器人系统技术对社会和经济发展具有极大的促进作用。本文内容包括欧洲机器人技术平台出台的背景介绍、对其目标的阐述以及未来欧洲机器人技术研究及应用的简要介绍，最后探讨了欧洲机器人技术平台对我国的启示。 |

| Europe has a very strong base in robotics both from an industrial and research point of view. Robotics is now at a point where its scope is dramatically expanding. Robot machines of 21st century will be used in all areas of modern life in the form of surgical devices, machines to explore space and conduct hazardous tasks on earth. This article provides a clear picture of common core technologies in advanced robotics that cross the different market segments. It is of strategic economic importance that Europe exploits its current strengths and builds an effective European robotics industry. |
