| The paper first makes a comparison between self-service welfare and the traditional welfare，then points out that welfare points method based on self-service welfare’s combination is an innovative form of welfares. Being an effective means of encouraging knowledge-based employees, welfare points method can achieve win-win-win. The paper constructs a model for designing welfare points method, and discusses its implementation. |
