| This article uses the game theory to analyze the human capital investment.Using complete information static state gambling to analyze whether the enterprise will choose to invest the human capital before the human capital investment, and using complete information static state gambling to analyze the behavior between enterprise and staff after the human capital investment. It points out that the enterprises should choose to invest the human capital and take some measures to motivate enployees to maximize the effectiveness of both sides. |
