| 俄罗斯政府门户网站建设特点是由联邦政府统一组织和管理，由联邦各部和地方政府根据需要实施建设。其建设经验是： 制定和完善网站建设的法规基础、 网站建设标准化和注重网络信息安全。俄联邦政府网页设计设计简洁，按总统和政府管辖范围提供链接，查询方便，网速快。网站建设的不足之处：政府存在的官僚习气和过分保密的情况，致使信息资源利用不够充分。 |

| Russian government portals are organized and managed by the federal government, constructed and maintained by the federal ministries, federal and local governments in accordance with the necessary of the Department. The Web sites with simple design, convenient inquiries, fast connection provide links by the jurisdiction of the president and the government. Its construction experience is: standardization,improving the basic laws and regulations, network-oriented information security. Because of excessive bureaucracy and the immoderate requirments for secrecy, they don't make a full use of the information resources. |
