| At present, enterprise patent protection is confronted with severe situation and it's very urgent for many enterprises to strengthen patent strategy. To design the strategy of protecting patent and build the operation model based on patent have a profound strategy significance for reinforcing the core competency of enterprise. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on designing the strategy of enterprise patent. |
