| The paper reports on the Australia’s marine policies, marine science and technology plans and the latest national framework of marine research and innovation, introduces the major research institutions involved in marine research and summarizes the major marine research achievements and ongoing frontier marine science and research projects. For reference, the paper also gives some suggestions for the development of marine research in China. |
