| 斯洛文尼亚有着悠久的科学传统，脱离前南斯拉夫独立以来，由于政府采取有效的政策保护和稳定了大部分国立科研机构，该国科研能力的主要部分得以延续，而且，随着经济的好转，以及借助加入欧盟的契机，科研能力逐步恢复并走上正轨。本文从科研管理体系、科研组织架构、科技投入以及国际科技合作等方面介绍了斯洛文尼亚的科技体制，并分析了其特点，认为其科技体系主要继承前南斯拉夫，科技政策受欧盟政策的影响越来越大；与欧盟的平均水平相比，斯洛文尼亚在研发投入方面表现良好，但是产出端问题不少，表现差强人意；公共研究机构与大学和商业部门之间的合作有待改善。 |

| Slovenia has a tradition of science. After its separation from former Yugoslavia, Slovenia government adopted some policies to protect and stabilize most of national research institutions, so the main part of its research capability was continued and gradually recovered along with its recovering economy and being a new member of EU. This article introduces Slovenia’s science and technology system from aspects of management, organization, input and international cooperation. Its Characteristics are analyzed as well: Slovenia’s science and technology system is mainly from former Yugoslavia, its research policies are more and more affected by EU, its R&D input indicators are relatively well in comparison to the EU average, with output side more problematic, and cooperation between public R&D institutions, universities and the business sector needs to be improved |
