      2009年3月18日,商务部正式宣布根据反垄断法,禁止可口可乐收购汇源。通过深入分析并购双方现状、动因及商务部否决可口可乐并购汇源后双方的策略,我们给出汇源短期和长期发展的建议,并从案例分析中获得三点启示。
英文摘要:
      On March 18, 2009, China's Ministry of Commerce formally announced to reject Coca-Cola's acquisition of Huiyuan Juice Group according to the antimonopoly law. This paper analyzes the status and motives of the seller and the buyer, and the strategies of them after the Ministry of Commerce vetoing Coca-Cola’s acquisition. Then the paper gives some short-term and long-term development suggestions for Huiyuan Juice Group and obtains three revelations.
