| 瑞典在过去近20年来，实现了国民生产总值增长44％，但是，温室气体排放量却降低了近9％。通过分析发现，瑞典其能源模式的成功是在立足本国国情的基础上，采用税收、绿色认证、因地制宜、环保补贴和研发投入等多种措施综合作用的结果，而瑞典的企业、公民和政府都在能源综合管理体系中做出了各自的贡献。 |

| In the past two decades, Sweden’s GNP increased 44%, while the green house gas emission decreased about 9%. Through the analysis, it would be found that its successful energy model is the result of comprehensive energay manage system, including CO2 tax, green certification, environmental bonus and R&D investment, which are based on the natural and social reality of Sweden. Meanwhile the enterprises, the citizens and governments play different roles in the energy system. |
