| 在当前全球对核能及核技术需求不断增加的背景下，2009年国际原子能机构（IAEA）将重点放在支持成员国了加强新加入国家的核电计划的安全、保安和应急准备与响应等方面及相关能力的建设，以及利用核技术发展粮食和农业、人类健康、水处理与环境等领域。本文简要介绍2009年IAEA在核技术及核安全方面的进展情况。 |

| In the context of the increasing global demand for nuclear energy and nuclear technology in 2009, the International Atomic Energy Agency(IAEA) focused on supporting member states, enhancing capabilities of nuclear safety, emergency preparedness and response, IAEA also used nuclear technology to develop the food and agriculture, human healthy, water treatment and environment. This paper briefly introduces the progress of nuclear technology and nuclear safety in 2009 made by IAEA. |
