| Though Ireland faced the serious budget deficit，slow economic development and deteriorative debt crisis in 2010, the government attached great importance to technological innovation and gave support by speeding up innovation environment construction, technology commercialization and talents cultivation. The paper summarizes the 2010 major policies, measures and development in S&T innovation in Ireland. |
