| 2010年，俄罗斯采取措施提升国家整体科研能力，以期在从资源依赖型经济向创新经济转型的发展道路上获得进展。这些措施包括整合科技管理系统、强化国家在高校和行业科研的投入、建立现代化研发和产业化中心等。本文分析了俄罗斯的总体经济形势，介绍了俄罗斯2010年国家科技投入计划、出台的重要科技政策以及重大科技成果，并对俄罗斯未来的发展趋势进行了简要的分析。 |

| Russia took measures to promote S&T research capability in 2010, including technology management system integration, investment increase in universities and research institutes, construction of modern research and industrialization center. This paper analyzes the overall economic situation in Russia, introduces 2010 S&T investment, the important policy on science and technology, and the major scientific and technological achievements in 2010, the paper also analyzes Russian technological development in the future. |
