| 在公布《2011年预算案》的同时，英国政府出台了《经济增长计划》（The Plan for Growth），明确了英国经济发展政策，即致力于减少赤字，实施一系列经济增长新举措，推动全国各行各业发展，促进投资、发展制造业和增加出口，实现经济稳定、可持续与平衡的发展。在英国新一轮的经济结构调整中，先进制造、医疗保健及生命科学、数字和创意产业等科技产业的发展壮大将是重中之重。 |

| At the same time of publishing “Budget 2011”， the British government introduces “Plan to Economy Growth” crystallizing the UK economy development policies which are decreasing deficit， performing new methods of economy growth， propelling development of industries of the country， encouraging investment，establishing manufacture and increasing output， for making economy develop steadily， sustainly and evenly. Advanced manufacturing， medical health care， life science digital and creative industries will be weighty tasks in a new round of Britain economy construction. |
