      从20世纪80年代至今,台湾地区的资讯产业一直是岛内的主导产业,中国台湾也是世界上仅次于美国、日本的第三大资讯科技产地。21世纪以来,全球经济板块进入一个新的变动时期,文化创意产业将逐步取代以加工为主的资讯产业,成为新的支撑力量。本文通过阐述文化产业以及产业结构升级的基本理论,在分析台湾文化创意产业的现状及特点的基础上侧重分析了台湾的包括动漫产业、精致农业、现代陶艺、产品设计和新媒体等在内的五大支柱,并提出了发展文化创意产业的相关对策。
英文摘要:
      Since the 1980s, the information industry has been the leading industry in Taiwan Island. Taiwan of China has been the third-largest producing area of information technology in the world following the United States and Japan. Since 21st century, global economic sectors have forced a new changing period. Cultural and creative industry, acting as a new supporting power, will gradually replace the traditional information industry which focuses on manufacturing. The paper explains the basic theories of cultural industry and industrial upgrading, analyzes the current status and characteristics of Taiwan’s cultural and creative industry, focuses on the 5 pillar-sectors including animation industry, delicate agriculture, product design, modern ceramic art and new media and proposes related countermeasures of cultural and creative industry development.
