| 随着现代经济的发展，石油与金融的结合越来越紧密，石油金融化趋势日益凸显。因此，为应对国际石油价格的未来走势，保障中国金融体系和中国国民经济的安全和长期稳定发展，中国迫切需要制定石油金融体系。本文分析了世界石油与金融形势，提出新形势下中国石油金融体系构建的战略取向：多层次构建石油交易市场体系；多渠道营造石油银行系统；多途径形成石油基金组合；多方位灵活运用石油外汇等等。 |

| With the development of modern economy, the combination of oil and finance are more and more tight, the financed trend of oil is increasingly obvious. Therefore, to deal with future movements of international oil prices, China urgently needs to develop oil financial system to protect financial system and national economy and long-term stable development. The paper introduces the strategic orientation of petroleum financial system of China under the new situation， which is multi-level establishment of oil trading market system，multi-channel form of oil fund portfolio，multi-channel form of oil fund portfolio, flexible use of multi-directional foreign oil， and so on. |
