| One of the reasons of U.S. prosperity and power is its strong basic research. The federal government is the subject of investment and universities are the subject of research. Government plays a critical role in promoting basic researches and keeps sustainable and stable investment in basic research, which is a main financial source. The Nation guarantees double increase of fund in key basic research institutions and priority areas by law. The basic research investment promotes the country’s innovation, improves people’s life and supports the new economy. |
