      近年来,美国风电发展迅速,截至到 2012 年 8 月,美国风电装机总量已突破 50 GW。简要介 绍和分析了美国风电发展现状、政府扶持政策、研发重点和产业发展趋势。美国风电的快速发展,一方面,得益于全球可再生能源兴起;另一方面,离不开美国政府风电扶持政策和风电技术进步。我国应借鉴美国的经验,完善风电扶持政策,支持共性技术研发;发挥体制优势,加快风电建设;开放风电市场,加强国际合作,抢占风电技术和产业制高点。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, the wind power technology has developed rapidly in the United States. Its total installed capacity has exceeded 50 GW at the end of August, 2012. The rapid development of the wind power, on the one hand, benefits from the global rising renewable energy and technological progress, on the other hand, it cannot do without the U.S. government’s policy to support the wind power. This paper briefly introduces and analyzes the current situation of U.S. wind power development, the federal government’s policy, the priority of R&D, and the industry trends. The authors also propose his own suggestions for the wind power development of China as follows: mending the supporting policy for the wind power, supporting R&D of generic technology, accelerating the construction of wind power, opening wind power market, and strengthening the international cooperation to occupy the leading position of wind power technology and industry.
