      在我国科技成果产出体系中,高校是科技成果的主要研发地,但高校的科技成果转化率却不足20%。如何提高高校科技成果转化率,是我国目前科技成果转化工作面临的主要问题。通过对澳大利亚昆士兰大学 UniQuest 公司科研成果商业化模式,包括整体运作、管理派驻、人才招聘、项目筛选、利润分配、与投资基金合作等几方面的先进模式和成功经验进行综述,希望能对我国高校科技成果转化工作具有借鉴作用,以期形成科研队伍稳定、科研投入保障和科技成果高转化率的良性循环。
英文摘要:
      Colleges and universities are the main research forces for the development of scientific and technological achievements in China, but the conversion rate from original scientific achievements to its commercialization is less than 20%. How to improve the conversion rate of S&T achievements is a main problem faced by researchers in their commercialization practices in China. UniQuest Ltd is a technology transfer arm of University of Queensland and has become a commercialization leader in Australia. The good practices of UniQuest, including its management system, the “hub&spoke” model, commercialization manager qualification, project pipe line process, IP development, and international networking are summarized, which is worthwhile to be shared by Chinese university counterparts.
