| 大数据战略将是信息技术领域新一轮的革命，并且已经在全球范围成为加速企业创新和政府透明，引领社会变革的利器，各国政府及大型跨国企业都在开始进行大数据战略布局。大数据战略已经成为英国政府目前大力发展的战略领域之一。通过研究和分析得知：英国大数据战略其主要措施是加大投资技术研发，建设强大的基础数据库，重视数据的开放性等；其特点是政府积极引导大数据战略，并通过大数据战略树立透明的政府、智慧的政府和责任的政府形象。 |

| Big Data strategy, as a leading tool for enterprise innovation and government transparency will bring about a revolution in the field of information technology. Many countries including the UK and large multinationals are conducting the Big Data strategic deployment, and taking it as its priority. The main measures
taken by the British government are to enhance investment on the technical R&D, set up robust basic database, and insist the open access of data. The British Big Data strategy features a government-guided practice with aims to create a government with the image of transparency, wisdom and responsibility. |
