| 人口老龄化是欧洲面临的最严峻挑战之一。欧盟将创新作为应对老龄化问题的重要抓手，努力将潜在“社会负担”转化为“银色机遇”，但相关研究创新活动尚存瓶颈。2011年，作为《欧洲2020战略》重要组成部分，欧委会在“创新联盟”框架下启动“欧洲积极和健康的老龄化创新伙伴关系计划”，明确了欧盟未来十年老龄化研究路线图,积极应对老龄化趋势。 |

| Population ageing is one of the most challenging issues in Europe. Hence, the EU takes innovation as an important approach to turn the potential “social burden” into “silver opportunities”. As one of the key components of the Europe 2020 Strategy, the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing was initiated under the Innovation Union Flagship Program by the European Commission in 2011, which highlights the agenda and priorities on ageing research in the coming 10 years in the EU. |
