| 英国2015年大选早已落下帷幕。保守党的“完胜”意味着在未来五年内英国现有的内外政策将得以延续。在科技方面，英国科技界对此次大选予以高度关注，强烈呼吁新任政府继续以科学和创新引领经济社会发展，从而维持英国科技和产业的国际领先地位。7月8日，英国财政大臣奥斯本向议会提交了继续支持科学与创新的夏季财政预算案，但政府的总体科技政策走向仍未明朗化。笔者对大选前后英国政府科技政策的形势和走向进行了跟踪、研究和分析。 |

| The curtain of general election in the UK in 2015 has been dropped. The overwhelming victory of the conservative party means the UK’s domestic and foreign policies will be continued within 5 years. With respect to science and technology, the academic community had been showing great concern for this election, urging the new government to continue to give full play to science and innovation for economic and social development to maintain the UK’s world leadership in science, technology and industry. On July 8th, George Osborne, Chancellor of the Exchequer presented his Summer Budget to Parliament, which continued to enhance science and innovation. However, the new government’s S&T policies had not been clarified yet on the whole. The author has been tracking, researching and analyzing this S&T policy trend. |
