| 美国天使投资的发展一直处于全球领先地位，成为促进高新技术产业发展的重要源泉。本文以美国新罕布什尔大学风险投资研究中心发布的统计数据为基础，系统地分析了美国天使投资发展的现状及其主要特点，总结了美国天使投资发展的主要做法，并对行业未来发展趋势进行了浅析，以期对我国天使投资的发展提供借鉴。 |

| The American angel investment has been in a global leading position, which has become an important resource to promote the development of new and high technology industries. This paper analyzes the current development of American angel investment and its main characteristics on the basis of the statistical data of New Hampshire venture capital research center, and summarizes the main methods of promoting the development of angel investment in the United States, then forecasts the future development trend, which could provide reference for the development of angel investment in China. |
