| 公立科研机构是国家科技创新体系的重要主体，科学的绩效评估有助于公立科研机构的良性发展和组织效率的提高，而评估方法的选择是实现客观评估的基础。本文在分析国外科研机构绩效评估研究与实践的基础上，对公立科研机构绩效评估最常用的四种方法进行了归纳分析及比较，以期为我国全面实施公立科研机构绩效评估提供适用的方法借鉴。 |

| The public research institutions are an important part of national science and technology innovation system, and a scientific performance evaluation method will contribute to the healthy development of the public research institution and organizational efficiency improvement. The choice of evaluation methods is the foundation of the objective performance evaluation. Based on the analysis of evaluation on public research institutions in main countries, this paper explores four types of performance evaluation methods which were most frequently used in public research institutions, in the hope of providing reference of methods to the implementation of performance evaluation in China’s public research institutions. |
